Do my clients need their own subscription?

No. You invite clients into your workspace's client portal by email. They sign in to review work, send messages, and submit requests as part of your workspace.

Can I use my own domain?

Your workspace and client portal carry your logo and brand colors on a ClientAI web address; custom workspace domains aren't available today. For email, you can verify your own sending domain for the shared inbox.

Are AI features included?

AI-assisted workflows are part of the Growth plan and above. They help your team draft proposals and replies, score leads, and summarize project activity. AI output is always a draft for your team to review.
